YOU AGREE TO THE BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF CLASS CLAIMS CONTAINED IN THE "APPLICABLE LAW/JURISDICTION - WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION" SECTION OF THESE TERMS TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES WITH QSR SYSTEMS.

QSR Systems provides you with access to and use of the Site subject to your compliance with the Terms. No material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except for as specifically allowed in the Site.

QSR Systems is not responsible for typographical / photographic errors or manufacturers' price increases.

Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to QSR Systems or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. The failure of QSR Systems to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign the Terms or any of your rights or obligations under the Terms without QSR Systems express written consent. The Terms inure to the benefit of QSR Systems successors, assigns and licensees. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
