WFH ISP Information

In order to pre-qualify your home ISP connection and better assist you with troubleshooting:

  • Conduct a Speedtest.
  • Select a Los Angeles server.
  • This will tell you/us:
  • Ping (less than 20ms required).
  • Download speed (20mb/s+ required base system).
  • Upload speed (10mb/s+ required base system).

If you’re experiencing home internet issues, please call our technical support line and we’ll do our best to help you navigate the ISP landscape and assess options. 
When in doubt, please do not change home configurations or settings unilaterally without involving the QSR technical support team. Call us! We’re here for you.
When ending your remote session, please make sure you quit RGS from your home computer. Do not utilize the Start Menu shutdown on your remote system. This will cause your remote system to shut down in the machine room and render it inaccessible for your next remote session.
